Fernando, in partnership with Jose Ramon Barrera, president & CEO of The Apollo Group, founded Freight Solutions in 2006 with the goal of implementing a custom-tailored logistics solution for Apollo’s highly sensitive cruise vessel provisioning program. Prior to starting Freight Solutions, Fernando labored in the logistics industry for 15 years, representing companies such as Maersk Line, Bax Global and Envirotainer Services.
Fernando is a 2012 member of the Miami Dade College “Hall of Fame,” representing the field of transportation.
